We are seeking an experienced Global Regulatory Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our perfumery and ingredients innovations comply with global regulatory/registration requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to navigate the complex regulatory landscape, enabling the successful development and commercialization of our innovative products.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Recommend and support the development of the best global registration strategy for perfumery innovation, capturing and analyzing opportunities and risks, including time, budget, regulatory, and business needs.
- Coordinate the global registration of new ingredients to be introduced in the perfumery palette, ensuring projects are completed at the highest level of safety and compliance, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate the proper translation of Regulatory information of innovative product in our internal database ensuring a seamless launch process.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on innovation programs, bring regulatory foresight on relevant developments.
- Support senior manager in meeting strategic regulatory and compliance targets agreed with business.

**You bring**:

- Education: Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the Chemical industry.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of global chemical regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., REACH, TSCA, IFRA etc.). Knowledge in another regulatory area would be a plus (Cosmetic, Pesticide/Biocide).
- Basic knowledge in (eco)Toxicology.
- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills (can adapt between presenting technical details and using everyday language for complex issues). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Attributes: Curious, detail-oriented, proactive, fast-learner and able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
