**Offer description**:
Your mission
As part of the Operations and Training Department and reporting to the
Training Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading non-nuclear training courses
Ensure that the objectives defined with the customer are met and that
your file remains compliant throughout the training course.
Evaluate trainees and their satisfaction at the end of training sessions
A period of several months' professional training on the trainer's job is planned when you join the company.
You will initially work in pairs, before becoming more autonomous.
You will keep a constant watch on new approaches, methods and educational content.
You pass on information from the field to the Training Manager.
Regular regional travel, and occasionally national travel to our
other branches, is to be expected.
Your assets
You have excellent interpersonal skills and are at ease both in writing and speaking.
You are autonomous, a good teacher and you know how to adapt to different audiences.
You have a 2-year degree in management with at least 2 years' experience in administrative or training management.
