Procurement Manager

**Job title: Procurement Manager**

**Location: Grasse, France**

Purpose of the Role:
To lead the sourcing strategy for a €12 million global naturals portfolio, fostering innovation and sustaining key partnerships with suppliers, joint ventures, and toll manufacturers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop purchasing strategies for the Naturals Toll-Manufacturing & Purchasing categories worth 12 million euros.
- Negotiate and formalize contracts to ensure optimal Total Cost of Ownership.
- Drive risk management initiatives for the Naturals supply chain.
- Support strategic decision-making through contributions to Market Intelligence reporting.
- Oversee a portfolio of tollers to ensure punctuality, quality, and alignment with a responsible sourcing approach.
- Manage budgets, RAF, and cost projections for designated areas.

**You bring**:

- Degree in Business Administration or in a scientific field (Bac+5).
- Five to ten years of experience in a procurement, sales, or commercial role.
- Understanding all technical processes linked to Naturals Ingredients.
- Solid purchasing know-how on strategic sourcing process including negotiation.
- Key personal attributes: resilience, accountability, rigor, strategic thinking, autonomy, strong interpersonal skills, trust-building ability, and emotional intelligence.
- Very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); basic ERP & Query skillset; preferred SAP experience.
- Fluent written and spoken in English and preferably in French, other languages a plus.
