What is the role and company?
A leading consulting organisation specialising in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions is seeking a OneStream Architect to join its team. This is a senior-level position that will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering complex OneStream programmes for global clients.
The role combines deep technical expertise with strong business understanding, ensuring successful architecture, implementation, and partner assurance. You will be instrumental in building customer confidence and driving best practices across large-scale transformation projects.
What will I be doing?
**As a OneStream Architect, you will**:
Lead the design and architecture of complex OneStream solutions for consolidation, planning, and reporting
Define technical standards and ensure alignment with business requirements
Oversee implementation activities and provide assurance on partner deliverables
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through best practices and solution optimisation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and client stakeholders
Support roadmap planning and contribute to strategic decisions on platform enhancements
Mentor and coach junior team members to build internal capability
What profile will I require?
**Required**:
10+ years of experience in EPM/CPM solutions and finance transformation
Must have significant years of hands-on OneStream experience, including design and build of complex solutions
OneStream Architect-level certifications and demonstrable project history in senior roles
Strong technical skills in VB.NET, C#, and relational databases (SQL)
Proven ability to combine technical expertise with business process understanding
Excellent communication skills in French and English
Based in France or within Europe with flexibility for remote work and occasional travel
**Preferred**:
Experience in large-scale international projects
Familiarity with OneStream Marketplace solutions and extensibility frameworks
Ability to lead client workshops and influence senior stakeholders
