**Key accountabilities**:

- You will carry out functional tests on equipment: electrical and telephone networks, lighting equipment, kitchen equipment, plumbing, etc...
- You will replace worn or defective parts.
- You'll keep an eye on the aesthetic appearance of the building (condition of walls, ceilings, floors, doors, windows).
- You will intervene in the front office and back office when a technical problem arises.
- You will prepare the work to be carried out using the documents provided (building plans, maintenance schedules, etc.).
- Be attentive to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to any problems encountered.

**Profile required**:

- Diagnostic skills
- Ability to listen to customers.
- Practical and theoretical skills in electricity, plumbing, low voltage, HVAC, etc.
- Demonstrate rigor and organization in work.
- Fluency in at least two foreign languages, including English.
- Ability to handle emergency situations.
- Similar experience in a hotel of the same category.
