**Role Insight**
- We’re all about the customer experience here at Watchfinder so first and foremost you will have to ensure that your client receives the best showroom experience.
- Your key role will be to buy to our final customers their watches regarding the HQ purchasing strat-egy.
- Supporting the Purchasing team, you will demonstrate excellent follow up, organization and negotiation skills to ensure that you succeed in achieving your individual and team targets.
- As a Junior Purchasing you will be passionate about watch environment, products, novelties and be-come a real expert in the market.
- You will also encapsulate our core values of being connected, curious, innovative, inclusive, and ex-cellent
- Team spirit is key at Watchfinder, you will have to do your best to integrate a young, dynamic and pro active team.

**How will you make an impact?**
- Answer client request on incoming calls.
- Chase purchasing clients and negotiate with them.
- Quote watches under 5k.
- Receive clients in the showroom, book watches, follow a Fast Track procedure and create the necessary documents and follow up when needed for the TVMOP (French taxes).
- Logistic flow from showroom to HUB.
- Safe Scan, showroom security procedure.
- Working closely with the Senior purchasing in driving purchases and generating business for the boutique.
- Holding weekly reviews with the HQ Purchasing teams.
- Developing personal clientele through effective use of the selling skills, proactive client outreach and use of client book.
