Notre client est un acteur mondial du secteur pharmaceutique. Il recherche actuellement pour son équipe juridique un Legal Counsel F/H.
Au sein de cette équipe, vous vous positionnez en tant que partenaire business et occupez un rôle de premier plan auprès des fonctions commerciales et achats.
En lien avec les clients internes, vous serez en charge de la négociation et la rédaction de différents accords commerciaux (contrats de vente, d’achat de matières premières et d’équipements, de distribution et d’agence, etc.) ainsi que la gestion des litiges et des pré litiges.
Vous participez à la construction et au déploiement des projets transverses visant à mieux identifier les risques juridiques et à faire progresser la culture juridique au sein du groupe (formation, digitalisation, capitalisation et partage des connaissances, cartographie des risques, road map juridique etc.).
Enfin, vous assurez également une veille juridique.
De formation Bac +5 en droit des affaires, vous justifiez de 5 ans d’expérience minimum en tant que juriste, idéalement dans un univers du secteur pharmaceutique ou en cabinet d’avocats.
Vous justifiez d’un très bon niveau d’anglais et de la connaissance des environnements internationaux.
