This hands-on apprenticeship is ideal for someone looking to start a **career in Human Resources**, with exposure to the **full talent lifecycle** in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Key Responsibilities**- Assist in coordinating job postings and managing applicant tracking systems- Screen resumes and schedule interviews in collaboration with recruiters- Support employer branding initiatives through social media and campus outreach- Support and develop the apprenticeship & internship program- Contribute to onboarding processes and help ensure a positive new hire experience- Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining recruitment dashboards- Support talent development programs, including training sessions and career development activities- Participate in HR projects related to performance management, employee engagement, and internal mobility- Conduct market research on recruiting trends and best practices **What we offer**- Varied and empowering assignments- The opportunity to be proactive and take the initiative in managing your projects- A flexible working environment- A multicultural company **Qualifications**- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field- Strong interest in HR, recruiting, and employee development- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR systems is a plus- A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
