**Entity and activity description**
The subsidiary “Air Liquide Global E&C Poland” is one of the centers of the world business unit of the Air Liquide Group in charge of Engineering and Construction. It is recognized as a** technology partner of choice** for the design, engineering and construction of leading-edge processing facilities and related infrastructures worldwide.

Currently approx. 315 people are working in Krakow.

Recently a new **Digital & IT organization** has been implemented to contribute to a better business competitiveness, support customers’ expectations, deliver efficient project execution and enhance the people skills and data mindset.

The team is spreaded in the world in different E&C entities. There are currently 23 team members located in the **USA, France, Germany, Poland, Delhi and China**.

**Missions and Responsibilities**
The **Business Solutions Global Competency Center** is responsible for the front-end, in-house, product development and business execution solutions, their roadmap, development, design, build and proper implementation in the Centers.

This includes **management of demand** from Centers, **daily support** to **execution teams**, monitoring usage and user experiences, alignment with the Digital & IT strategy,** defining a solutions roadmap** along with the business community, and promotion of the roadmap and provided solutions.
- Monitors E&C (Engineering & Construction) IT Projects life cycle (Projects performance);
- Regular status review (KPIs) & reporting (Meeting cadence);
- Initiatives (project demand) - registration, review, approval;
- Project status (progress, deliverables realization, risk, issues, dependencies, budget);
- Business case and Benefit realization follow up;
- Steering committee meetings follow up;
- Performs quality gate review including Local and Global project registration and review;
- Monitors IT / Business capacity planning (IT / Business commitment for project resources);
- Implement templates and assist in preparation of value towers governance meetings;
- Support in communication; preparation and distribution.

**Additional information** Position based in Krakow, Poland for 12 months, renewable once.**
