In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: - Process incoming calls from saving employees and study the calls (categories, volumes, distribution, reasons,...) ; - Process KYC Savings; - Analyze and make recommendations for improving the support of savers and optimizing the Customer Relationship;Make recommendations and conduct action plans.
