The Sr Manager, Supply Chain is leading the supply chain EEAP team who execute demand forecasting, distribution planning, supply planning and raw material purchasing in support of broader business objectives. The Sr Manager Supply Chain is also leading distribution activities for the EEAP region, the logistics between the manufacturing sites and material handling. The Sr Manager Supply Chain also supports all the medical device activities. Supply continuity to our customers and their patients is the goal and this role will provide leadership and strategic direction through management of and the execution of the S&OP processes in Europe and Emerging Markets. The Sr Manager and their team, in coordination with the North American team, will identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives that optimize inventory turns, service levels, maximize profitability, and support dynamic changes in market conditions.

**Missions**:
Management

Lead and develop the Supply Chain team supporting Europe and Emerging Markets
Align and partner with Supply Chain counterparts in multiple sites around the world and with corporate
Lead the development of processes cross-functionally and globally in support of the goal to elevate the S&OP processes
Promote continuous improvement through identifying and implementing improvements to: planning processes, communication processes, inventory utilization and raw material availability, distribution and kitting process, logistic and material handling to improve efficiency, safety, lead time and quality.

Supply Chain

Manage execution of the S&OP Processes in Europe and Emerging Markets; identify business critical issues and facilitate discussion and decision making in support of goals & objectives
Responsible for optimizing inventory utilization; creating an inventory plan and being proactive to create solutions towards excellence
Accountable for maximizing service levels to customers and to downstream DC’s through requirement and distribution planning
Ensure the planning and execution of key NPD launches to support EEAP and the Globe
Oversee the procurement of raw materials to ensure production capacity utilization, minimizing PPV, and ensuring effective relationships with external suppliers

**Profil**:
Bachelors degree in a related discipline; Masters degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply chain
Deep understanding of MRP, DRP, MPS and S&OP
English and French speaking and reading
Understanding in distribution and logistics processes
Deep knowledge on ERP and experienced in several IT tools
Work collaboratively and build relationships with all functions and locations
Strong communications skills (written and spoken), willing to communicate with all levels of the organization and globally
Project management strengths in team facilitation, requirements definition, stakeholder management, and communicating, executing and driving projects to completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
