Nous recrutons actuellement un-e Field Service Engineer, ce poste est basé en remote et couvrira la région parisienne. Des déplacements chez nos clients pouvant aller jusqu'à 80% du temps sont à prévoir.

**Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes**:
Effectuer l'entretien, les réparations et installations de systemes LC-MS ou de solutions informatiques sur le site du client, y compris les essais électriques et mécaniques, conformément aux contrats de maintenance

Diagnostic des pannes systèmes et de la solution la plus rentable.

Transférer les problèmes complexes à un niveau supérieur de soutien technique et/ou au service qualité. Peut développer de nouveaux accords de service/produit avec les clients.

Réponse aux appels support client pour un territoire assigné (Région Parisienne)..

Bac +2 à Bac +5 en chimie / instrumentation

Expérience significative de travail dans un laboratoire, expérience LC, MS, IT appréciée.

Une expérience préalable de formation au sein d'une entreprise de diagnostic ou de sciences de la vie serait souhaitable

Vous bénéficiez d’excellentes compétences interpersonnelles

Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais et le permis de conduire
