PMO Assistant

Connect44 France was created in 2005 and is fully part of a European group present in 9 countries and capitalizing on an experience of more than 20 years.

We offer our French and international key account customers services in Renewable Energy, telecoms and IT.

In this context, we are looking for a PMO Assistant.

**PMO Assistant**:
Serve as the operation personnel of remote executive team, key responsibility is to monitor and ensure all requirement can be compliantly and timely completed. Main tasks include but not limited to:

- Organize routine training for internal teams
- Closely follow up and close tasks in a timely manner, and generate operation report
- Analyze abnormal data to find root cause, make actions plan to avoid happen again
- Support related issues during project delivery process

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English, Chinese is a plus
- Autonomy on proactivity on tasks management, and result-orientation
- Strong learning ability and logical thinking ability
- Good operation skills in MS office tools especially excel tool
- Related experience on project delivery management, especially process and quality operation management

Pay: 36,000.00€ - 42,000.00€ per month
