We design, develop, manufacture and market Best in Class medical aesthetic solutions to contribute to women's healthcare, well-being, confidence, empowerment and overall happiness, through safe and reliable devices in the hands of trained and qualified surgeons.
GCA has manufacturing operations in France and sells its implant products globally in more than 70 countries (excluding North America) through direct and indirect sales teams.

Reporting to the **Group Chief Financial Officer**, the Group Head of IT **defines and implements the Groups IT strategy in collaboration with General Management and the Executive Committee.** You will play a key role in information systems architecture, cybersecurity, digital transformation and maintaining IT service delivery.
As the leader of the Groups IT function, you will:
- Develop IT vision, strategy & roadmap and recommend solutions in line with the Groups corporate strategy and budget
- Anticipate impact of changes in Information Technology and support management in making strategic IT decisions appropriate to the Group
- Drive strategic initiatives including ERP Implementation
- Ensure the team maintains high level of IT service delivery to the business
- Ensure IT processes, procedures, and protocols exist to optimize data flow
- Ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented in all parts of GCAs business
- Lead IT projects, organize steering and validation committees
- Define and monitor IT KPIs, ensuring clear and regular reporting to the CFO and Executive Committee.
- Manage and develop the IT team
**_Profile required_**
- Masters degree in IT or equivalent
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in leading an IT department

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Rigorous, organized, and able to manage priorities effectively
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong knowledge of information systems, evolution, and cybersecurity standards
