**ABOUT THE MISSION**

Reporting to **TN&H's Sustainability Director**, you will be his right-hand and the orchestral coordinator for sustainability projects within the segment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Co-organizes the structure of work processes and methods. Contributes to defining the priorities of the sustainable development program.
- Ensure that all projects and relevant programs are properly and effectively implemented. Monitor their progress, performance, and proper implementation of allocated resources.
- Ensure the integration of sustainable development into the organization's various working methods/processes and support change.
- Be the central point of contact for new initiatives, analyze emerging issues, verify the relevance of integration in the strategy and design the appropriate program or project charter. Orchestrate the collaboration with other departments to ensure their successful implementation. Participate in the innovation cell to evaluate new ideas during the idéation phase.
- Contribute, in close collaboration with key stakeholders, to the definition, formalization and documentation of sustainability policies, procedures and guidelines,
- Manage the sustainability team's action plan, organize team meetings, events, and seminars. Monitor budget and expenditure.
- Participate in the definition of sustainable development objectives for the annual assessment of segments.
- Ensure coordination between purchasing and sustainable development when allocating new resources.

By fulfilling these responsibilities, you will contribute significantly to Symrise 's sustainability goals and strengthen our position as a leader in sustainable business practices.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 years' experience in coordinating global projects in complex matrix environments.
- Bachelor's degree in business management or similar; a specialization or previous experience in sustainability field be a major asset.
- Project Management practice and a keen interest in sustainable development.
- Highly rigorous your ability to work on ambitious projects is complemented by your networking, project management and teamwork skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with different actors.
- With a structured mindset and strong analytical skills, you stand out for your unwavering drive and organizational capabilities, and always strive to achieve ambitious goals.
- You are fluent in English; French will be a plus.
