**Description du poste**
Dans le cadre de l'accompagnement de notre client, un leader du secteur des assurances, nous intervenons pour soutenir la Direction Générale et la Division des Risques.

Cette division regroupe des fonctions transversales et de contrôle, notamment le juridique, la conformité, la protection des données, la gestion des risques, le contrôle interne et la remédiation d’audit. **L’objectif est de garantir que les activités respectent les standards du groupe et les exigences réglementaires à l’échelle internationale.**

Nous recherchons un **Senior Project Portfolio Manager** capable de superviser ces activités, d'assurer un alignement stratégique et d'accompagner les projets de remédiation et de conformité, tout en améliorant l'efficacité opérationnelle.
- **Gestion du portefeuille de projets et alignement stratégique**:

- Superviser les portefeuilles de projets de la division et s'assurer de leur alignement avec les orientations stratégiques.
- Coordonner avec les chefs de projet pour définir les périmètres, budgets, échéanciers, et priorités.
- Assurer des mises à jour régulières des portefeuilles de projets en fonction des retours des chefs de projet et des données réelles.
- **Service de remédiation d'audit et conformité**:

- Veiller à l'alignement avec les objectifs de remédiation d'audit et suivre activement les progrès réalisés.
- Apporter un soutien et challenger les équipes métiers et l’audit interne si nécessaire.
- Faciliter la clôture des audits, valider les rapports et mettre à jour régulièrement les parties prenantes sur les progrès des remédiations.
- **Contribution additionnelle**:

- Contribuer à des projets ad hoc et à la mise en place de livrables visant à améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle.

**Profil recherché**
- Expérience significative en gestion de portefeuille de projets, idéalement dans un environnement de gestion des risques, de la conformité ou des fonctions de contrôle.
- Expertise en suivi de projets complexes, avec un focus sur l'alignement stratégique.
- Capacité à interagir avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires et à piloter des projets dans des environnements fortement réglementés.
- Autonomie, rigueur, et excellente capacité de communication pour collaborer avec des parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et de reporting.
