**About the role**:
En tant que Security Operations Engineer, vous rejoindrez un SOC dédié pour un client leader mondial dans son domaine d'activité.

Au sein de cette équipe composée d'une trentaine de personnes, et dans un contexte international, vous prendrez la responsabilité des tâches suivantes:

- Garantir le bon fonctionnement des solutions opérationnelles du client.
- Prendre en charge la résolution des incidents techniques ainsi que la gestion des requêtes et des changements.
- Identifier les problèmes et analyser leurs causes afin de proposer et mettre oeuvre un plan d'actions correctif.
- Maintenir la documentation technique à jour et rédiger les procédures d'exploitation.
- Contribuer à la vie d'équipe (formations, partage d'informations )

Vos différents échanges avec le client (à l'oral et à l'écrit), se dérouleront en anglais.

Après quelques mois sur lesquels vous pourrez monter en compétences au travers des formations proposées, vous rejoindrez le roulement d'astreintes (environ 1 semaine tous les deux mois).

**About you**:
De formation Bac+4/5, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum sur les problématiques Sécurité (chez un intégrateur idéalement).

Vous avez de solides compétences techniques sur les technologies suivantes:

- Firewalls : Fortinet, Checkpoint,, Palo Alto, Cisco
- Load Balancing : F5
- Reverse Proxy : F5
- Proxy : Zscaler
- Remote Access VPN : Pulse Secure
- Antivirus : Symantec
- Cloud AWS.
