**Job description**:
As the HRMS Marketing & Communication Officer, you will lead a global marketing & communication team and promote HRMS Consulting's activities, expertise and talent community to our key internal and external stakeholders in order to raise awareness and create growth.

You are looking for an end of year study internship in an international company, you will find your responsabilities below:
**Your responsibilities**:

- Defining and leading HRMS Consulting’s global marketing and communication plan and ensuring execution at the local level
- Handling and coordinating all internal & external communication aspects, including brand image, events, social media content, digital marketing, etc.
- Implementing a solid thought leadership strategy, developing a full range of content (articles, studies, opinion pieces, etc.) and ensuring they reach the appropriate targets
- Defining, analyzing, and monitoring KPIs (in terms of visibility, awareness, etc.) to follow and optimize marketing ROIs and contributions
- Creating and executing a strategy for events, conferences, marketing campaigns, etc., to drive brand recognition and client acquisition
- Managing an international team
- Ensuring consistency with the Group’s communication and marketing plan, as you will work closely with Mantu Marketing & Communication team

**Your profile**:

- Marketing Master’s Degree from a Business School, Engineering School or University in Marketing and/or Communication
- Previous experience in internship will be preferable in marketing or communication
- Fluent in English & French
- Business & solution oriented
- Ability to master both communication and marketing aspects
