**Crèches Plume Bilingues is seeking an anglophone to lead activities in our nursery in the 17th arrondisement of Paris. This full-time position is from Monday through Friday.**

Our belief is that children exposed to another language greatly benefit. We think that to be efficient, language exposure needs to be done in the most natural way possible
- meaning, as close to a bilingual home as we can create

This is why we choose to work with English speakers in each of our nurseries. We are currently looking for someone to join the team in one of our crèche.

You will be part of a five-person team and you will have the opportunity to work on a broad number of tasks related to the children, and the parents as well, in a secure and caring environment:

- You will be in charge of all the English-related activities. This includes taking part in welcoming parents and children in the morning, spending time with the children during the day, and speaking to them exclusively in English during all the activities.
- You will be part of all the animations and activities with the children as well as responsible for their good care and wellbeing, while respecting their individual rhythms and autonomy.
- You will also contribute to the implementation of the pedagogical project related to bilingualism within the nursery. We always welcome new ideas and initiatives in this field

**Required profile**

Ideally, you have at least a year of experience formally or informally with children under 3 years old. However, more than a resume we are looking for someone enthusiastic and passionate about kids. We know that child-caring is a place where the human factor is a key element and we are looking to find someone who loves his/her job and communicates it.
