**YOUR TASKS**

Integrated into the management, you are in charge of the Supply Chain department made up of a multidisciplinary team. You will supervise medium-term planning, production scheduling and management of incoming and outgoing flows, guaranteeing the internal and external customer/supplier link. You will be responsible for the logístical operations of the production site and in particular the management of the storage of pigments and technical equipment as well as customs monitoring. In addition, you will act as the site contact at SAP level both for its day-to-day operation and for the implementation of updates and you will be the person responsible for the transport of hazardous materials.

Your main tasks will be:

- Optimize the medium-term planning and establish the manufacturing programs
- Guarantee a “just in time” delivery of finished products and organize the transport of products
- Minimize customer delays and optimize stocks by rationalizing the use of capacities
- Coordinate activities with the various departments and Business Units
- Ensure the transmission of information with the various cross-functional sectors
- Optimize and manage the site's stocks: management of surfaces, inventories, shipments and reception
- Monitor and rationalize stocks (Raw materials, techniques, work in progress, leftovers, slow movers,)
- Coordinate the SAP activity of the site, its operation and its processes
- Lead the team and ensure coordination with the various departments of the site;
- Ensuring the development of employees

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bac +4 to Bac +5 training in the fields of logistics or production management (or significant experience in a similar position)
- Fluency in English is essential (German desirable)
- Experience in the chemical industries as well as in terms of customs would be a significant asset
- Good knowledge of SAP and APO-PPDS software
- An excellent team spirit, pedagogy and great rigor are necessary skills to succeed in this position
