- SSA FOT/LATAM (Sub-Saharan / French Overseas territories and Latin America), a fast-growing business unit of the Group working with several factories & subsidiaries across 60 countries, is searching for an _**_Activity and Packaging Manager_**_._

**_LOCATION AND CONTRACT:_**

The position is based in Suresnes (Headquarter)

Timing: ASAP - Permanent contract (CDI)

**MAIN MISSIONS**:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Director of the Business Unit (BU), the Activity and Packaging Manager is responsible for the coordination of key activities and packaging development of all the brands commercialized in the BU including innovations, renovations, product stops, activations, and productivity projects for FOT / WACA and East Africa countries. Packaging scope will be under BU’s Marketing Manager supervision.

As such, he/she will be in charge of the following:
**Activity Management (60%)**
- **Coordinate** with operational teams to ensure timely, cost effective and high-quality launches / renos of products.
- **Guarantee** deliverables, timelines and propose risk mitigation plans
- **Ensure** demand is properly transmitted by the project team to the planning teams
- Write and Lead action plans process until technical codes creation and maintain quality of Basic Data
- Check the Inno stages, making sure they are applied as per the Group’s process and contribute to local Codev.
- Manage and Lead **Product portfolio**of the BU, carry out frequent analyses & coordinate the process with Marketing and Supply Chain
- Support both local & global team in optimizing launches performance for the BU

**Packaging Management (40%)**
- **Collect the necessary information** for the packaging development: Regulatory mentions, graphic and technical information necessary for product development.
- **Lead the brief** with the graphic or Design agencies (freelance, photoengraving, etc.) and monitor graphic development.
- **Validate artwork** after alignment with Marketing Manager, Regulatory and CSR.
- **Withdraw a retro planning** for the packaging execution considering the constraints and deadlines of each of above steps and transmit to all stakeholders.
- **Ensure** packaging deliveries are in line with the retro planning to respect scheduled production dates.
- **Look for packaging harmonization** whenever possible with support of Global and Local Activity Managers.
- **Manage Purchase orders** creation relevant to packaging and transmit the generated number to suppliers.
- **Establish and follow up** of annual Packaging Budget related to 1st set up expenses.

**PROFILE**:
You have at least 3 years’ experience, with a master’s degree (or equivalent) in Supply chain or Operational Marketing.
- You have strong competence in **project management**, organization, process orientation and respect for timelines.
- You **demonstrate agility** and are willing and capable to instill discipline to deliver projects on time.
- You **collaborate to increase efficiency** and have excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- You have **leadership** with the ability to manage and **influence decision making**.
- You have worked in an international environment and are fluent in both spoken and written English and French
- Good knowledge of Graphic Chain process
- Proactive in identifying risks and offering alternative solutions.
