**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES**:
**jj**W**ithin the Group,** you will join Group Investment & Asset-Liability Management (“GIA”) department.**

Within this Department, **you will be part of the Group ALM and Investment Monitoring team,**which mission is to (i) lead ALM studies to optimize return on capital across portfolios, (ii) steer Group and local entities balance sheets positioning notably on interest rates and capital management related to investments, (iii) plan and monitor investments across the Group, (iv) steer and monitor investment income across entities and coordination with central controlling teams.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

**Steer Group interest rates positioning**
- Define, in collaboration with local entities, the optimal positioning on interest rates for each entity based on medium to long-term ALM considerations, solvency optimization, and shorter-term macroeconomic and market-driven factors.
- Coordinate the convergence of each entity towards the defined target and propose the most appropriate strategies to reach it.
- Monitor Financial Markets in general, and interest rates in particular, for new investment opportunities and risks; recommend action plans or changes in investment strategy.
- Monitor the associated KPIs (duration and convexity gap) monthly.
- Strengthen in collaboration with Group Risk management the KPIs and analysis to ensure accurate, comprehensive and rapid execution of investment actions impacting.

**Lead monthly Duration Steering committees**
- Define agenda and review presentations with local head of ALM, Allocation and asset manager ahead of meetings.
- Identify strategic decisions related to interest rates management to be approved by the Committee.
- Ensure tight follow-up and implementation of validated management actions.
- Share key decisions and attention points to top management.

**Synchronize asset allocation rebalancing and ad-hoc investment initiatives across entities**
- Contribute to setting, monitoring, and ensuring proper deployment of the investment plan.
- Set up regular meetings with local entities to ensure sound coordination and implementation of Group investment strategy and identify potential pockets of risks to KPIs delivery.
- Work closely with the Group Investment Strategy, Solutions and Allocation teams and participate to relevant CoEs and Steering committees to ensure comprehensive view of the balance sheet.
- Monitor P&L and impact on KPIs (solvency, earnings) of main investment decision and plan deployment vs. benchmarks.

**Provide expert advice and support on transversal topics across ALM and monitoring team**
- Give a second opinion on SAA studies and ad hoc ALM studies carried out by entities ahead of investment committees.
- Support monitoring of investments and earnings, building on active balance sheet management and close interaction with entities.
- Contribute to earnings and solvency sensitivity analysis.

MAIN COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCES

**Technical skills**:

- Strong knowledge of financial markets and valuation; with 7+ years of experience.
- Experience in ALM, relevant software, and specific insurance industry directives and legislation (Solvency II, IFGRS17).
- Quantitative skills required to understand complex instruments and balance sheets.
- Ability to take risks, express convictions and weight on decision making.

**Soft skills**:

- Strong team spirit and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across Group, entities and asset manager.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) and understanding of how to distil down complex information.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (working language).
