- WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will be the interface between the Group and the West Countries, becoming our regional specialist on all group digital processes and systems, to support a proper implementation and usage in the countries.
- **Group HRIS, Processes & Systems**
- Is responsible of HRIS management for the region: check and supports data accuracy and maintenance, leads the effort to reach a maximum data quality in systems to enable proper people analytics and strong business support.
- Supports the countries in Group tools/process deployment and progress in term of HR Digitalization and Data/Reporting
- Facilitates Regional HR network to ensure proper implementation of all HRIS & Systems processes, by training, coaching, regular follow up with the countries, keeping the network up to date with regards to systems or process updates
- Contributes to the evolution of the HRIS tools in collaboration with the Group. Steer the local needs to support evolution of the group offer
- Ensures quality of periodical reporting and scorecard for the region - perform ad hoc analysis for the region HRD
- **Support on People development**
- Follows the overall group process related to performance / calibration
- Supports the region in the identification of local talents, and follows the right implementation of the people review process locally
- Compiles the information regarding talents at regional level, prepares the overview and supports the follow up on development action plans
- Coordinates the good implementation of a training offer in the countries (both using group existing supports, as well as relating with Group to develop new training materials when necessary and cross country needed)
- **HR projects**
- Supports the Regional HRD on various projects or ad hoc requests
- WHAT YOU BRING ALONG- You have international interest and fluent in English
- Master Degree in HR with 3 to 5 years of experience
- Interest and knowledge into HR Digital tools (if possible knowledge of Success Factor)
- Team oriented, good collaboration
- Taking initiatives and searching for improvements
