Your workplace will be in **Germany**, in our office in **Bad Säckingen**.

**Your role: customer advocate, coordinator, facilitator**:
As an **International Sales Specialist (f/m/d),** you are the first point of contact for our customers in French and Spanish-speaking markets. You accompany the entire order process - from enquiry to delivery. You advise, coordinate, organize and remain friendly and professional even when things get hectic.

You work closely with other departments, keep track of web orders, deal with complaints and ensure that our customers feel well looked after.

**What you bring with you - and what you can expect from us**:
You are fluent in **French** and have a good knowledge of **Spanish and English**. A good knowledge of German is also an advantage. You have experience in the commercial sector, a good technical understanding and feel comfortable in an international environment. You work in a structured manner, think in a customer-orientated way and remain confident even in stressful situations.
