You'll Get To:
**Account-Based Marketing (ABM)**
- Plan, execute, and optimize 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns across key segments (e.g., Fortune 1000, finance transformation initiatives).
- Collaborate with sales and revenue operations to identify target accounts and build integrated campaign plans.
- Measure and report on ABM campaign performance: engagement, influence on pipeline, deal acceleration, and ROI.

**Industry Content**
- Develop and manage industry-specific marketing content for key verticals
- Drive the creation of content assets including, blog articles, infographics, whitepapers, videos,
- Ensure alignment with brand tone, messaging frameworks, and persona-driven positioning.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Partner with Product Marketing to adapt GTM messaging for industry and account contexts.
- Support Sales and BDR enablement with industry insights, messaging guides, and campaign briefs.
- Coordinate with digital and web teams to ensure content is discoverable and optimized for engagement.

What You'll Bring:
**Years of Experience in Related Field: 5**

**Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategy, content development, and integrated campaign planning
- Proven ability to translate business priorities into marketing programs that drive engagement and pipeline impact
- Demonstrated experience working with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen to align messaging and tactics
- Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing deadlines
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
- Experience using project management tools like Wrike, Asana, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of quality and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while actively collaborating across teams
- High degree of initiative, professionalism, and accountability

**Strategic Skills Required**:

- Ability to connect content and ABM efforts to wider business and revenue goals
- Strong commercial mindset and customer-centric approach
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making recommendations based on market and account insights
- Able to contribute to long-term campaign planning while managing short-term deliverables
- Confidence in presenting strategies, performance, and recommendations to stakeholders across levels

**Language Requirements**:

- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in **French or German (high standard)** is a strong advantage.

**Other**:

- Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
