**About Upfluence**

Upfluence develops and sells an influencer marketing software worldwide. Our software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale, as well as manage and analyze their influencer marketing campaigns. Since the launch of the software in October 2016, the company has shown an impressive growth rate and we are looking to expand even more. Our team is international and ever-growing, distributed between our offices in NYC, Los Angeles, Mexico, and Lyon.

**What we’re looking for**

Your main responsibility will be to bring Upfluence’s brand guidelines and message to life across all our communication materials. Since we're currently refreshing our brand identity, it’s a key moment for shaping our image. Your role will involve updating our existing materials with our new branding, while also creating new assets as needed. You will:

- Design visuals for marketing campaigns: Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, newsletters, etc.
- Help with content copywriting and design: case studies, white papers, press releases, etc.
- Update the design of our most strategic content (case studies, website, mailing campaigns, etc.).
- Participate in redesigning our website: improve UI, suggest A/B tests (UX/UI), and optimize web pages for better conversion.
- Create content for our social media channels (Linkedin, Twitter/X, YouTube, Amplify).
- Design sales materials and resource enablement content.
- Collaborate with our product designers, who are responsible for the design of our software, to ensure all elements are cohesive.
- Stay up to date on design and web trends in the SaaS ecosystem through regular competitor research.

**The person we are looking for**
- Is passionate about web design with strong UX and UI skills
- Proficient in Figma and WordPress (required), comfortable with Photoshop and Illustrator (bonus points for After Effects and HTML/CSS skills).
- Wants to help shape Upfluence’s image across all platforms.
- You are bilingual or fluent in English, written and spoken (we work mainly in English);
- You thrive in a collaborative environment ;
- Is both creative and organized, with strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail. Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience is appreciated, but we’ll primarily look at your portfolio to assess your skills

Upfluence développe et commercialise dans le monde entier un logiciel de marketing d’influence en mode SaaS. En tant que stagiaire webdesign, tu rejoindras l'équipe de marketing digital, qui génère la demande via une stratégie marketing 360° (site web, ads, newsletter et réseaux sociaux, démarchage, identité de marque et création de contenu). Aux côtés de notre graphic designer, tu seras garant-e de la charte graphique d’Upfluence sur tous les supports digitaux.

**Ce que nous recherchons**

Ta principale responsabilité sera de donner vie aux directives de la marque et au message d'Upfluence à travers tous nos supports de communication. Comme nous sommes en train de rafraîchir notre identité de marque, c'est un moment clé pour façonner notre image. Ton rôle consistera à mettre à jour nos supports existants avec notre nouvelle identité visuelle, tout en créant de nouveaux éléments si nécessaire. Tu devras notamment:

- Concevoir des visuels pour les campagnes marketing : publicités Facebook, publicités LinkedIn, newsletters, etc.
- Aider à la rédaction et à la conception de contenu : études de cas, livres blancs, communiqués
