**JOB DESCRIPTION & MAIN TASKS**
Yole Group is currently recruiting **a Technology and Cost Analyst specialized in Power Electronics **to support and develop the **Power & Battery activities**.
Within the **More than Moore Business Line**, you will also work closely with the other analysts of your team; sharing your knowledge and providing support when needed.
The position is ideally based in La-Chapelle-sur-Erdre (44).
As a Technology and Cost Analyst, your main tasks will be to:
- Manage internal and external laboratory analysts and define analysis strategy
- Follow the physical analysis of devices (IGBT, Silicon MOSFET, SiC MOSFET, GaN HEMT, Rectifier, Power management IC,) and converters
- Select and source the interesting devices you will analyze according to the different projects
- Understand the impact of the manufacturing process flow to calculate production costs
- Work with the internal costing tools
- Produce reports and execute projects within a given timeframe
You will also contribute to the development of the Power & Battery activity:
- Overseeing the technology and industry insight
- Participate in dedicated trade shows and conferences worldwide
- Maintaining and enriching internal databases (manufacturing processes and materials, substrates, equipment costs)
**Requirements**:
- University Degree (Masters, Engineer, PhD) in Physics / Nanotechnologies / Microelectronics / Semiconductor or a related field is mandatory
- A first experience (1 to 2 years) in **Power Electronics** (manufacturing, characterization, cleanroom)
- Excellent English is mandatory, proficiency in French is a plus
- Communication & presentation skill
