**CARGO SUPERVISOR**

As a Cargo Supervisor you directly organize Shift by Shift daily Cargo and Marine operations on the most safest and efficient way.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITES**
- In order to communicate effectively and efficiently with other departments to ensure safe Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS) and also to supply the required support to other departments you will liaise daily with other supervisors in order to maintain safe operations throughout the vessel.
- In order to demonstrate that you understand your daily work scope to manage your team and 3rd party vendors safely and efficiently you will:

- Communicate the daily job plan -TRA, hold tool box talks, prepare and perform permits and worksite inspections
- Supervise 3rd party vendors involved with the area of authority of the cargo department
- Liaise with the off take crew to maintain safe offload activities
- In order to effectively lead a team, you will ensure that the team has clear objectives aligned with the business.
- You’ll monitor and manage individual and team performance and provide support and ensure individual and team development, training and competence is fulfilled.
- You will also regularly liaise with cargo superintendents to maintain safe cargo marine operations.
