Nous contribuons activement aux réflexions de place grâce à nos 8 “think tanks” et à nos interventions régulières dans la presse spécialisée ou lors d’événements professionnels. **L’équipe Périclès**: Nos consultants interviennent principalement chez nos clients mais se retrouvent, plusieurs fois par mois au cabinet pour travailler ensemble au développement du groupe Périclès. Nous encourageons les prises d’initiatives individuelles et faisons grandir les talents en même temps que le cabinet. Notre structure hiérarchique assez plate favorise l’accès direct aux associés et directeurs, quelque soit le grade du consultant. **Description du poste**: Vous rejoindrez la practice Asset Management qui développe des offres de conseil à destination des gérants d’actifs et des prestataires de services en investissement. Vous serez le référent "Risk Management" du cabinet. A ce titre, vous pourrez: - Intervenir en mission auprès des directions des risques de sociétés de gestion pour des projets de mise en conformité, de transformation organisationnelle ou informatique ou encore de stratégie opérationnelle, - Participer à la capitalisation du savoir du cabinet sur les outils de risk management du marché, les prestataires spécialisés et bien entendu les méthodes d'analyse et de mesure des risques de marché, de crédit et de liquidité (VaR, Stress Testing, Monte-Carlo, stress test de liquidité...). - Prendre la parole lors d'événements clients ou d'opération de communication (matinales, clubs...). **Profil recherché**: Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieur ou porteur d'un diplôme en mathématiques financière, vous disposez **impérativement** d’une expérience significative (**plus de 5 ans**) en conduite de projets pour le département des Risques de marchés de sociétés de gestion ou d'établissements financiers. Dynamique et doté d’un excellent relationnel, votre autonomie et votre rigueur vous assureront une progression rapide dans nos équipes. La pratique courante de l'anglais, à l'oral comme l'écrit, est également un prérequis. > 5 ans
