Notre client, acteur majeur sur le secteur du luxe, est actuellement à la recherche de Department manager pour plusieurs de ses points de vente. Le poste est basé à Paris et à pourvoir en CDI.
En tant que Department manager, vous êtes en charge d'une catégorie de produits : PAP Femme ou Homme, maroquinerie, souliersVous avez pour missions de développer le CA de votre catégorie en boostant les différents indicateurs commerciaux. Vous encadrez, formez entre 5 et 10 personnes selon le point de vente sur lequel vous êtes affecté. Vous êtes capable de réaliser des reportings et de mettre des plans d'actions en fonction des résultats.
Vous avez une expérience significative dans la vente de produits de luxe et bénéficiez d'une expérience réussie d'au moins 4 ans en tant que manager (capacité à faire des reportings, développer et former votre équipe à la réussite). Vous aimez le terrain, savez apporter des solutions concrètes, possédez une belle culture mode ainsi qu'une aisance avec les chiffres.
