Then you are the one we are looking for to join our young HR team as an **HR Business Partner**
**The role**
Besides the day-to-day activities as a Business Partner, you will lead various HR projects, encompassing areas like responsible business (health & safety, wellbeing, new ways of working ), recruitment, employee relations, internal efficiency, organizational development, and learning. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, which means you deliver consistent advice and coaching regarding HR practices to ensure business leaders and employees receive the best-in-class HR service. You will work in a team of 6 colleagues and will report directly to the Head of Human Resources for France.
You will contribute to the local HR strategy and manage HR projects based on business requirements, from the definition to the implementation and evaluation;
- You are the dedicated HR Business Partner for a designated business area (approx. 140 employees);
- You pro-actively suggest HR solutions to business issues in accordance with Group HR & Business Strategies;
- You act as a point of contact for managers, to advise and provide recommendations on processes, strategic topics and policies, like organizational set-up, recruiting, succession planning, development, performance, compensation, diversity, engagement etc.
- You contribute to projects in France and across the NWE region affecting French employees;
- You have an eye for processes and will support the Head of HR with optimization of the HR department in order to enhance the service to the business;
- You define, together with the business, the people skills and capabilities needed to support current
customer requirements and future growth;
- You contribute to establishing new ways of working to support enhanced productivity and wellbeing;

**Your profile**
You are in possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources Management. You have handled tasks and responsibilities across a variety of HR related topics, both on operational and tactical level. You have a good knowledge of French Labor Law and Regulations. You can build effective, influential relationships with diverse groups of leadership stakeholders and are known for your communication skills and ability to network. Although you like to work independently, you are a dedicated team worker who likes to share knowledge and offer support where needed. Next to that, you also have a good sense of humor and a social character.
