This role is for elite product leaders who thrive at the intersection of technology, innovation, and user empathy. You won't just strategize—you'll create. From prototyping with generative AI to diving into Python for hands-on problem-solving, you'll be at the forefront of educational innovation.

Your mission: Craft AI-powered solutions that transform how students learn, engage, and succeed. You'll work directly with users, turning real-world insights into groundbreaking products that redefine educational norms.

**What you will be doing**
- Spearhead user-centric innovation: Forge deep connections with students and staff to uncover critical pain points and opportunities.
- Lead with action: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate on game-changing ideas.
- Drive end-to-end product development: Own the entire lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring each product delivers measurable student success.
- Orchestrate excellence: Guide outsourced development teams to execute a visionary roadmap while maintaining uncompromising quality standards.
- Push the boundaries: Stay at the forefront of learning science and AI advancements, constantly seeking ways to revolutionize education.

**Key Responsibilities**

Spearhead the development and delivery of AI-powered educational products that demonstrably revolutionize student engagement, learning efficacy, and overall satisfaction.
- Proven product impact: Track record of delivering innovative, user-centric products with measurable, game-changing results.
- Technical prowess: Ability to leverage Python and AI-assisted tools for rapid prototyping and problem-solving. Direct coding experience is a plus, but a demonstrable aptitude for quickly mastering technical tools is essential.
- Generative AI mastery: Extensive experience harnessing the power of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, Devin) for ideation, prototyping, and workflow optimization.
- User research expertise: Demonstrated skill in gathering actionable user insights through direct engagement and translating them into product enhancements.
- Data-driven decision making: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify key trends, and drive product decisions that yield measurable improvements.
- Visionary team leadership: History of inspiring and guiding development teams to achieve a unified product vision while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Elite communication skills: Ability to provide crystal-clear, actionable feedback and maintain alignment across diverse stakeholders through precise and compelling communication.
