To support the growth of our activity and to succeed our customers' needs in terms of density, power consumption and operating frequency of their integrated circuits, we are looking for a **Quality engineer (F/M)**, based in Meylan (38) next to Grenoble. **As a Quality Engineer (F/H), you will report to Delphine, Continuous improvement manager, and you will work to improve the quality of products.***: Your main tasks are: - As ISO and EN certification manager, you will be responsible for the preparation of audits and the management of quality documentation to ensure that these standards are obtained and renewed. You will work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure compliance and maintenance of the standards, ensuring that processes are smooth and efficient. - You will be the internal ISO9001 and EN9100 referent, organising staff awareness and training. - You will be responsible for communicating new standards and processes. - You organise tests and internal audits in order to analyse non-conformities and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions. - You participate in and organise external audits (suppliers and external customers). **Your challenges**: You will be responsible for the development of the company's business processes and the implementation of the company's strategy. Improving/evolving quality procedures (for example, by setting up a quality charter). **You're about to become a dolphin..**: You have an engineering / technical and/or quality degree with at least** 5 years experience **as a quality project manager, quality engineer or quality manager. You will have experience of working with ISO9001 and EN9100 standards. You are familiar with quality management tools and methods: quality standards, quality reference systems, audit methods, etc. You have a good knowledge of cross-functional project management tools and methods As Dolphin design is an international player, a level of English B2/C1 is required (oral and written). If your technical skills are still required, the emphasis is on your transversal skills: critical thinking, analytical skills, curiosity, organisation.
