Mechanical Project Manager

**Are you driven by managing complex industrial projects? Do you thrive on combining technical expertise, financial oversight, and client relations?**
Our client is hiring a **Project Manager** to join a multidisciplinary project team of around 20 people within a company specializing in the design and delivery of high-tech, custom industrial systems.
**Your Role**:
From the moment a contract is signed by the sales team, you take full responsibility for the execution phase through to final commissioning and handover. Acting as the central point of coordination, you lead the **technical, contractual, and financial management** of each project, in continuous collaboration with the client and internal stakeholders.
- You will manage several projects simultaneously, typically structured in the following phases:
- Contract analysis and identification of key deliverables;
- Planning and scheduling with all project contributors;
- Budget monitoring, ensuring profitability and financial control;
- Commissioning and final acceptance of the systems on site.
**Your Main Responsibilities**
- Act as the **primary contact for the client**, managing expectations while safeguarding company interests;
- Lead and coordinate project activities: internal communication, project meetings, reporting on **quality, progress, and financials**;
- Anticipate risks and technical challenges, and respond proactively by mobilizing the right resources and expertise.

To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree (Bac +5) in **Mechanical Engineering** or equivalent;
- At least **5 years of experience** managing full-cycle industrial projects in **heavy industry, machinery, or custom-built systems**;
- Strong command of **technical, financial, and contractual project components**;
- ** Fluent English** to operate in an international environment;
- Proven **leadership, organizational skills, and client-oriented mindset**.
