Freight Business Analyst

DFDS is now looking for a **Freight Business Analyst**, for a permanent contract in France (Dieppe - Seine maritime). You will join a unique company culture based on ‘The DFDS Way’ with a professional, yet informal and open dialogue at all levels in the organization. **About the role** **Be part of the movement - and play your part.** Reporting to the French freight sales Director, the expectations for the job are as follows **As a "Superuser", you**: - Analyze the problems encountered on Seabook and Phoenix systems, - Monitor user errors and report problems to users, - Be in charge of internal trainings for Seabook and Phoenix, - Be force of proposal and write the various user guides, - Participate in the implementation of systems on other lines on request, - Take an active part in the EDI project of our customers, - Assist in the formatting of Phoenix procedures **As "Analyst", you**: - Establish the periodic Freight statistics or KPI and update them (for different external stakeholders such as SMPAT, IRN statistics, RORO, or internal to DFDS for our different locations: Dieppe, Marseille, Sète... or for the commercial departments) - Create and update the various dashboards and key figures for the Freight department - Calculate the usage fee - Help the freight department if needed - for the Eastern channel, you are in charge of the "nationality" statistics twice a year - Under the supervision of the Head of the department dedicated to this mission, you are in charge of establishing port fees. **About you** We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity.
