Background
- Master´s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- General Management (Finance, Sales & Marketing, HR).
- Computer skills (MS Office) and ERP knowledge (SAP)
- English
- Procurement modules.
- Financial and Statistical analysis

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure a proper collection of procurement needs of materials and services on the basis of production plans and business units’ needs planned, and elaborate the related budget for the category.
- Update and maintain the master data of suppliers and products; propose, on the basis of market analysis and technical feedback of users, the introduction of new products, the title and the inclusion or exclusion of suppliers from the company's vendor list.
- Manage, according to company procedures and proxies received, the various stages of procurement process (requests for tender, tabulation and evaluation of tenders, negotiation of price and terms of the contract, preparation of contract / order).
- Monitor the costs of supply and check their consistency with budget forecasts; report the deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure proper and timely supply of the purchasing information system; provide the production and distribution of reports.
