Product Owner

As a Product Owner on the Application, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing features, ensuring their successful delivery, and enhancing the Withings app experience. You will act as a bridge between Product Management and Development teams, aligning app functionalities with user needs and business objectives while driving innovation and delivering value to millions of users.

**In this role, you will**:

- Collaborate with PMs to define and maintain the delivery and release plan
- Ensure specifications are ready for smooth delivery preparation
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with the product strategy and user needs
- Work closely with technical teams to evaluate feasibility, address constraints, and set project priorities
- Lead and monitor development progress, ensuring effective sprint rituals and related meetings
- Oversee the delivery of features and manage their successful deployment to production
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to ensure production efficiency and continuous improvement
- Guarantee product quality, maintain proper documentation, and uphold best practices
- Foster clear and effective communication with all stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment
- Uphold Agile principles and contribute to optimizing Product and development team processes

**Requirements**:

- You have a first successful experience as a Product Owner
- You are proficient in JIRA and Notion tools.
- You understand the challenges and technical constraints of mobile apps
- You are passionate about innovative products and have a keen interest in connected health topics
- You are organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to work effectively across different departments.
