**Responsibilities**:
Competencies:
Develop report and dashboard solutions using Tableau as well as provide general user support and training for the Tableau environment.

Conduct data discovery, analysis, and profiling of data, to validate business requirements, provide inputs into functional design, and identify data quality or integrity issues.

Build core datasets that enable self-service reporting and contribute to business workflow optimization.

Ensure proper source control, documentation, testing, and quality assurance processes are established, implemented, and followed to maintain high data integrity.

Ability to analyze data and communication of technical topics to a non-technical audience.

Define and document “best practices” for data discovery and testing procedures, and implement with the Data Team and Data Community.

Experience and Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent experience. Technical degree preferred. 0 year for Bachelor, 0 year for Master's.

Worked in a data engineering team environment of at least 5 engineers (agile, version control, etc.).

Exposure to a scripting language like python.

Strong SQL skills with proficiency in Data modeling and well versed with Data warehousing concepts.

Expertise on more than one database like Redshift, Snowflake, Oracle, SQL server etc.

Exposure to AWS or any other cloud platform.
