**PRIVATE CHEF - Monaco (Live-Out)**

**Job Overview**:
A distinguished private household in Monaco is seeking a talented and health-conscious Private Chef to prepare wholesome, home-style meals with a strong focus on gut and brain health. The Principal prefers clean, nourishing food, not overly rich or restaurant-style, and values comfort, balance, and flavour over complexity.

The Principal is in residence for roughly six months per year; during these periods, full flexibility is expected. When the Principal is away, duties are significantly lighter and focused on preparation, kitchen organisation, and maintaining readiness.

**Requirements**:

- Fully eligible to work in Monaco or the EU
- Proven experience as a Private Chef in a high-standard private household
- Strong knowledge of healthy, nutrient-rich cooking and dietary balance
- Turkish and Mediterranean cooking experience highly valued
- Ability to create simple, flavourful meals that support overall wellbeing
- Fluent English required; French, Turkish or Russian a strong advantage
- Excellent organisational skills and stock management
- Confident, discreet, and able to work independently
- Passionate about sourcing and using the best organic produce
- Flexible and dependable, with a service-minded approach

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily for the Principal, with flexibility to pre-prepare evening meals when needed
- Provide daily lunch for approximately five household staff
- Create weekly menus inspired by Mediterranean, Turkish, and European cuisines, with a focus on light, nutritious, and easily digestible meals
- Prioritise wellness-focused food over complexity, using only organic, high-quality ingredients
- Oversee grocery shopping, stock replenishment, and pantry organisation
- Maintain a calm, clutter-free, and well-run kitchen, supported by a team who assist with serving and cleaning
- Prepare meals in advance when scheduled days off require it
- Occasionally cater for last-minute guests, keeping a flexible, can-do attitude

Pay: 6,000.00€ - 7,000.00€ per month

**Experience**:

- Private Chef in a Private Residence: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- Turkish or Russian (preferred)
