Within the Group, you will join the HR department whose missions are to support AXA business ambitions in terms of growth, increased customer focus and social impact as well as addressing the AXA engagement and talent challenges.

Within this Department, you will be part of the Group Learning team split as follows:

- Leadership & Executive Learning: develop capabilities for managers and leaders.
- Digital Learning & Learner Engagement: leverage digital learning to drive upskilling at scale on key transversals skills.
- Corporate Center Learning: advise and support the development of employees at the headquarters.

The Group Learning team aims to define and implement the AXA Learning strategy based on the following levers:

- Provide a Group Learning offer with a state-of-the-art learning journey to AXA entities.
- Drive a common managerial culture.
- Instill a learning culture across the AXA entities.
- Define and deliver an upskilling framework for critical capability areas and future skills.
- Create an engaging user centric learning ecosystem.
- Leverage the learning community across the AXA Group.

**What you will be doing**

As a Learning Project Coordinator, you will be a key contributor in supporting the implementation of the new AXA Learning strategic plan by working closely with the Group Head of Learning.

Your main missions will be:

- Helping to manage transversal projects (e.g. upskilling project or learning programs’ roll-out).
- Supporting the deployment of the annual AXA Learning Week in terms of design, communication and coordination.
- Supporting the team in the events’ organization such as workshops, global events, seminars, etc.
- Helping in the preparation of all important governance milestones (agenda, team’s coordination, presentation’s deck).
- Fostering the collaboration by sharing best practices within the global Learning community.
- Performing market watch to keep track of learning external trends and innovations.
- Providing tactical support to implement ideas, and recommendations to improve teamwork.
- Supporting the team in business-as-usual tasks.
