Head of Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility

As a part of the People Services department, you support & contribute to the following mission:

- ‘Our ambition with this transformation program is to set our HR function up for the future by bringing a more globally standardized, data-driven and impactful People Services Experience that allows an increased focus on Operational Excellence & Employee Experience, an essential part of our People Vision._
- With the implementation of TogetherHR, we will become part of a bigger HR eco-system, allowing closer & more structured collaboration with our Global counterparts on the one hand and rely upon the proven capabilities of our colleagues in ING Hubs in Poland and Manilla on the other hand._
- Together, our purpose remains to bring personal, easy, relevant and instant employee services through the existing contact model._
- To allow a smooth matching with the Global Footprint on the one hand and allowing implementation and adoption of the BE contact model on the other hand, we will adapt the structure of Local People Services and its teams. Our intention and ambition with the new structure is to_
- _bring experience, value add and partnership to our employees and our managers_
- _increase focus on employee experience, both in the delivery of & by continuously improving our employee services._
- _remain in control over the E2E Quality, effectivity & efficiency of our processes’_

The role of Head of Talent Acquisition & Business Evolutions (Lead Employee Journey Experts II)
- You lead the Talent Acquisition team (recruitment and internal mobility), as well as the Wave Captain team (support during business evolutions)
- You ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies and procedures (e.g. Pre-employment screening, GDPR, collective labor agreements, etc.)
- You build a strong network both internally (HR Business partners, CoE, internal customers) and externally (service partners, peer community)
- You are actively involved in developing an attractive Employer Brand, and are responsible for the right sourcing strategy in line with the strategy

- Experience in translating strategy into tactical execution
- Data driven mindset, with a focus on both internal and external data sources
- Experience in managing change projects
- Strong stakeholder management, both internally and externally
- You are focused on achieving good results and finding solutions, with a view to maintaining the framework of ING as an organization.

You will manage an existing and high-performing team, where helping each other is central. You will be part of a very positive team dynamic, with open communication, where colleagues are results-oriented and resilient in a context of change. Hard work and supporting the business on the one hand and the pleasant and informal lunches on Thursday/Friday on the other hand are two sides of the same coin, which makes this a team with an eye for quality and empathy.
