**The Role**

You’ll join a passionate and tight-knit team and play a central role in optimizing and scaling the company’s mission-critical systems. The position focuses on developing and refining embedded software, especially for PX4/QGC-based systems, with an emphasis on real-time communication, performance, and system stability.

You’ll be a key contributor to software architecture, collaborate closely with engineers, and explore new frontiers in steerable drone technology and advanced networking.

**Responsibilities**
- Refine communication protocols to maximize system reliability and stability
- Develop and customize PX4 and QGC features
- Use the Qt framework for UI/UX development
- Troubleshoot and optimize software performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to bring breakthrough technologies to life

**Profile Sought**

**Essential Skills**
- 2+ years of experience with C++ and C
- Strong foundation in systems programming and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with PX4 and QGroundControl
- Familiarity with Qt framework
- Solid debugging and low-level programming skills

**Bonus Points**
- Experience with RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems)
- Understanding of embedded system cybersecurity
- Knowledge of network programming and distributed systems
- Cloud integration familiarity
