**About the role**

We are expanding Flock in Marseille and seeking an extroverted sports volunteer to join our team.

The role requires in-person hosting of social sports events. You will play the sport you love while making it fun for other people to play with you.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Hosting weekly Flock sports events in Marseille - social sports like billiards, volleyball, soccer, padel, etc., and even hiking if you are into it
- Creating a welcoming and fun environment at the events
- The overall happiness of people who attend Flock sports events in Marseille
- You are an extrovert and love meeting new people and fostering connections
- You play some sports
- You know the city well - in terms of sporting events
- You love going out with large groups of friends and acquaintances
- You can mediate among groups of people
- You like challenges
- You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.

**Support and Mentorship**:

- Compensation: You will get paid for the events you host.
- Team: Work directly alongside our founder, gaining invaluable insights and guidance.
- An open canvas to experiment with your ideas and execute them.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract

Pay: From 16.00€ per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 4 per week

Work Location: Remote
