Clinical Trial Ambassador/msl Director

**Description**
While reporting to the Business Operations Director or designee, this role will provide critical support promoting and educating in the assigned territory. Frequent collaboration with the regional team, and other promotional resources to respond to their day-to-day sales and strategy direction related to product promotion activities. Engage in deep discussions with prescribers, hospital pharmacists, nurses and other important stakeholders in the territory.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promoting customer product in the assigned territory
- Actively perform, support and participate in all forms of sales activities and promotion, provide services to existing customers and prospects
- Determine the most crucial needs of key customers and carry them out to ensure that they receive first?class customer care and service (market intelligence)
- Interact and communicate with the clients on a regular basis to receive useful market intelligence data (protocols, habits, new clinical trials, competitive landscape)
- Develop and manage a customer network of key accounts in the relevant indication for assigned territory
- Come up with a strategy to manage the account and set objectives about the account, targeting and segmentation
- Implement the Sales Action Plan for defined region to achieve the sales targets
- Support education on customer product for prescribers, hospital pharmacists and nurses
- Work in close collaboration and in full transparency with all internal and external stakeholders
- Drive processes in cross-functional environments
- Represent the client at national and international congresses in collaboration with the medical affairs department
- Regular controls and surveillance of sales and the wholesaler stock of medicinal product, reflecting needs of market
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing degree, or equivalent related experience, plus extensive sales experience in pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Company
- Valid driver’s license required
- Hospital business experience required
- Cardiology/interventional cardiology and pulmonology experience is strongly preferred
- Experience in tender business preferred
- Proven successful sales track record
- Outstanding key account management planning and organization skills
- An outstanding networker who identifies the touch points in each account that need to be influenced, the stakeholders involved and builds and executes plans that deliver sales success
- Strong analytical thinking and decision making skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience with wholesale, reimbursement procedures, and product launch
- Experience with heart/lung products in the special/orphan drug area is an advantage
