**About the Role**:
We are looking for **Corporate Finance / Investment Banking Professionals based in EMEA (including UK)**to contribute to a cutting-edge research project with one of the world’s leading AI labs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Investment Banking or related Corporate Finance (M&A, ECM, DCM, Restructuring)
- End-to-end deal process exposure (from pitch to execution)
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills in Excel
- High attention to detail, with excellent summarisation and written communication skills
- Native or near-native fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
- A genuine interest in AI and automation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Break down and summarise Investment Banking workflows (pitchbooks, models, diligence)
- Label and annotate financial data points and workflows for training LLMs
- Build, adapt, and annotate financial models to highlight key logic
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to refine annotation guidelines
