**THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the VP R&D Assets, your main mission is to ensure the proper financial and administrative management and to monitor the performance of the Research and Development (R&D) department. In parallel, you will assist the VP R&D Assets in her daily work by providing her analyses and supports that will enable her to achieve her ambitious objectives.

You will have a transversal vision of the projects carried out by the Department and will have to demonstrate a great capacity of adaptation and flexibility to carry out several projects at the same time. In addition to your responsibilities, you will manage a team of external service providers involved in business controlling, project staffing, and PMO.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Admin & Finance R&D

**Business control**: Preparation and updating of the R&D budget in close collaboration with the different R&D poles; Monitoring of expenses.

**Recruitment**: Manage the recruitment of the Department, identification of resource needs, coordination of internal hiring and staffing of external service providers.

**Performance/PMO**: consolidation and distribution of monthly department reporting (financial, resources, project performance), production of progress KPIs, identification of risks and proposal of solutions with the help of your PMO.

**Other tasks**:
Assist the technical teams in the definition and implementation of legal and commercial agreements, in support of the Purchasing and Legal Departments.

Follow-up of the Crédit Impot Recherche (CIR) file in coordination with the Tax Department.

Mapping of subsidy mechanisms, monitoring of current financing projects, monitoring of new opportunities, and support in writing subsidy case if necessary.

Definition of procedures and best practices for the Department and its interfaces.

Communication & Reporting VP R&D Assets

Preparation of internal meetings, customer or supplier visits with recommendations if necessary.

Production and updating of slides and documents for internal or external use: COMEX slides, R&D roadmap, customer presentations, etc.

Coordination of transversal projects.

Supervision of internal and external communication actions from the R&D Assets Department.

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
Master’s degree from a Top Business or Engineering school, with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in an international and challenging environment.

Experience in project management and process monitoring. Knowledge of the R&D ecosystem (funding, startups, technology partnerships) is a plus.

Recognized for your reactivity, organization, rigor, analytical skills, and ability to synthesize, you are able to structure a project and conduct several actions in parallel.

Thanks to your ability to listen, adapt and communicate, you implement effective coordination actions and know how to get the support of the different parties.
