**Job Description**:
In the context of the digital initiatives of SOMFY Group, as key member of the Digital Value Creation Program and part of Sales Excellence Team, contribute to the design, build, deployment and maintenance of Augmented Sales, sales Digital Solutions, in an agile mode, in an evolutive context

**Main activities**:

- Lead and coordinate various contributors from the design to the deployment & run of the solution (both from Business and Data Science teams) : collect and prioritize business requirements, orchestrate solution roadmap & delivery, lead daily operational solution deployment with relevant teams.
- Help the solution owner to deploy first pilot and support extended scope pilot & deployment in different Geos. Organize tests and approve with relevant stakeholders the solution. Define Sprint goals, ensure User stories are ready and understood. Ensure coordination and consistency with other SE initiatives (SF, E2, Sales app ).
- Support team to deliver outcomes & help key users in the adoption of new processes and tools : ensure change plan is defined and properly implemented, provide training and constantly capture their feedback.
- ** **Maintain Augmented Sales solutions, provide training, audit practices and drive continuous improvement actions to upgrade the solution. Animate users’ community.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive business knowledge in Sales;
- Analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management & making strategic trade-offs;
- Knowledge in Digital marketing / Data is a plus;
- Strong prioritization and project management skills;
- Deep & tactical way of thinking and ability to manage stakeholder requests and expectations;
- Understanding (and at best experience in) Agile. Real interest in innovation & digital tools;
