Join Excelya as a **Documents Qualités (SOP) et Archivage Specialist**, where you will play a key role in ensuring our quality management systems are effective and compliant. In this position, you'll be responsible for the creation, updating, and control of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as archiving practices, to support the smooth operation of our clinical research projects.

Your contributions will help maintain the highest standards in documentation and compliance, enabling us to advance healthcare solutions with confidence. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in our quality documentation processes.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Create, review, and update SOPs in compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Ensure proper documentation and archiving of all relevant quality documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SOPs are effectively communicated and implemented.
- Conduct periodic reviews of SOPs and related documents to keep them current and compliant.
- Maintain an organized filing system to facilitate easy retrieval of quality documents.
- Provide training and support to staff on SOPs and document management practices.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about quality management and documentation.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in quality documentation, particularly in generating and managing SOPs within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of quality management systems, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in document control, archiving processes, and record-keeping.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
- A proactive approach to managing time and priorities effectively.

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.

**Languages**: Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
