**Bid Manager / Responsable Appels d’Offres H/F**

CDI - Basé à la défense - 50 000 € brut annuel

**Votre mission si vous l’acceptez**

Pilotez les réponses aux appels d’offres et devenez un acteur clé de notre stratégie commerciale En coordonnant les expertises internes, vous construisez des propositions percutantes et différenciantes.

**Votre impact au quotidien**
- Analysez les dossiers (marchés publics ou privés)
- Définissez la stratégie de réponse avec les équipes commerciales
- Coordonnez les contributeurs internes (techniques, juridiques, financiers )
- Rédigez ou supervisez les offres techniques et commerciales
- Gérez le planning et garantissez le respect des délais
- Organisez les soutenances orales si besoin
- Assurez un reporting précis et proposez des axes d’amélioration

**Votre talent se reconnaît dans**
- Votre formation Bac+4/5 (école de commerce, ingénieur, IAE, droit )
- Votre expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans la gestion d’appels d’offres, idéalement en cabinet RH ou conseil
- Votre capacité de synthèse et votre plume affûtée
- Votre maîtrise des procédures AO et votre sens du résultat
- Votre aisance avec les outils bureautiques et plateformes de dépôt
- Votre usage régulier de l’IA pour optimiser vos réponses
- Votre anglais professionnel (souvent requis dans les groupes internationaux)
