_**Position: Workstation Technician / Helpdesk / User Assistant/ IT Support Technician**_
- **Location: Solaize (69360), Rhône - Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France**_
- **Contract Type: B2B Contract Technical Support (Facilities Management)**_
- **Duration: 12 months minimum (Service may last up to 4 years)**_
- **Language Requirements: French ( Min B2-C1 preferred), English (Min B2)**_
- **Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM**_
- **Experience Required: 2-3 years in IT support (Windows, Networking, Telephony, Server Environment)**_
- **Prerequisite: Must have full working rights to work in France in a full-time role**_

We are seeking an experienced Workstation Technician / Helpdesk / User Assistant - Expert to join our team at de Solaize, 69360 Solaize, Francia.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of Windows environments (XP - Windows 11) and Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with network cabling, diagnostics, and telephony equipment
- Exposure to Linux deployment (under procedures)
- Familiarity with HOBO systems and Chemical Risks (preferred)
- Excellent troubleshooting and user support skills
